Fixed my furnace when it went out very fast and efficiently

5 stars all around! From showing up to diagnose our issue on a Sunday evening to the awesome crew who did our installation of our new furnace. They left the place so clean and you can not beat their pricing. Super thankful for Tyler and his wonderful crew.

Over the weekend when the weather was -40C my furnace broke down. After troubleshooting the furnace with another company for a day, we realized the furnace needed to be replaced and from the other companies I called, it would take at least a few days until they could get the new furnace installed. That’s when I called Tyler with KTP Mechanical. He took my call on a Sunday afternoon, assured me that he would be able to help and get heat back on as soon as possible, and ended up moving around his schedule to be able to install the new furnace the next morning. All within 24 hours, we had a new furnace and heat back in the home which was a huge relief and helped to make a stressful situation much more manageable. Throughout the whole process, his customer service and communication was excellent. He took the time to walk through what was needed, advised me about the furnace I was purchasing, and followed up with me at the end of the day to let me know how the install went. I would highly recommend KTP Mechanical for any furnace repair & maintenance and I will certainly be keeping his contact handy for the future. Moved into a hoarders house 3 weeks ago. Finally worked our way to the furnace yesterday. OMG. Gross. Talked to Tyler this morning. He had Justin to my house within 2 hours. Serviced, cleaned, new filters. Best part is. I still have money for groceries

Tyler from KTP is great! So glad we chose to go with him after receiving multiple quotes from many other businesses. Most of the quotes were way too high and also weren’t even the right sized unit for our home. Tyler not only quoted us on the appropriate unit sized for our home, his also came in much lower and was also installed quickly too. He is straight up, no sales pitches, and honest.
